Refund and Return Policy

No Returns or Refunds:
Due to the unique nature of vintage items, Lorinaté maintains a strict no-return and no-refund policy. All sales are final once the purchase is completed. We encourage our customers to review the product descriptions, measurements, and images thoroughly before making a decision. Condition Discrepancies and Expectations:
Please be aware that all items sold by Lorinaté are vintage and, as such, are not in brand new condition. While we strive to provide accurate descriptions and clear images, vintage items may exhibit minor signs of wear that are not explicitly detailed. If you believe that the condition of the item significantly deviates from the description provided, please contact us at hello@lorinate.com within 24 hours of receiving your watch. We will review our inspection and packaging videos to assess the condition and accuracy of the item at the time of shipment. This process ensures any serious discrepancies are addressed promptly and fairly.

Support for Transit Issues:
Lorinaté offers support for packages that encounter issues during transit, including damage or loss, provided that shipping insurance was purchased at checkout. This applies to all international shipments and domestic shipments within the US. Responsibility for Condition Upon Arrival and Post-Shipment:
Lorinaté conducts a thorough inspection and records the packing process of each watch before shipment to ensure quality and accuracy. Once an item has left our headquarters, Lorinaté is not responsible for any changes in condition resulting from shipping or handling by the customer. Responsibility for Returned Packages:
Lorinaté is not responsible for any costs incurred due to packages returned as a result of being unclaimed by the recipient or sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us, the customer will be required to pay a re-shipping fee. Lorinaté will provide a link to repurchase the shipping label. Please note, the original shipping and processing fees are non-refundable. If the customer opts not to repurchase the shipping label or if the package is refused upon delivery, a restocking fee of 20% of the total purchase amount will apply.

Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellations:
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at hello@lorinate.com. Cancellation requests are subject to the current status of the order. If your cancellation is approved before the order is shipped, a restocking fee of 10% of the total purchase price will be charged to cover processing costs. We appreciate your understanding.
