Watch Care and Guidelines Policy

1. Quality Assurance

At Lorinate, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality vintage and pre-loved watches. Each watch undergoes a thorough inspection to ensure it is in working condition before it is listed on our website. This process includes a comprehensive check of the watch's functionality.

In instances where a watch is not in working condition, this will be clearly stated in the product description. We encourage our customers to carefully review the description, condition, measurements, and pictures of each watch to ensure it meets their expectations and requirements.

Additionally, we perform a second round of inspection before shipping each watch. This ensures that the watch remains in the condition promised at the time of purchase, upholding our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

For more details on the specific conditions, please refer to our Condition Rank

2. Transit and Delivery

a. At Lorinaté, while we take every precaution to ensure that the watches, including their batteries, are securely packaged for transit, we cannot be responsible for the condition of the watch battery upon arrival. Factors such as mishandling, exposure to liquids, or temperature variations during shipping can affect battery performance, for which Lorinaté is not liable.

b. We encourage customers to inspect the overall condition of the watch immediately upon arrival. If you suspect that the watch has been compromised during transit, please report this to us within 48hours of receipt. For detailed information on our policies regarding shipping, including handling of damaged, stolen, or lost items in transit, please refer to our Shipping Policy.

3. Battery Life

a. The battery life of each vintage / pre-loved watch can vary. We cannot guarantee the longevity of the battery after the purchase.

b. To maintain the watch's longevity and functionality, it is advised to replace the battery once a year. Please note that battery replacement is the responsibility of the customer post-purchase.

4. Limitation of Liability

Lorinaté shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of, or in connection with, the use of our vintage watches. This includes, but is not limited to, any loss of use, loss of profits, or loss of data, whether in an action in contract, tort (including but not limited to negligence), or otherwise.

5. Agreement

By purchasing a vintage / pre-owned watch from Lorinaté, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this policy.
