Order Processing

All orders are dispatched within 1 - 4 business days.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Shipping Carrier: We offer shipping via USPS or UPS, based on your choice during checkout.

  • Returned Packages: If a package is returned to us due to refusal at delivery or because of an incorrect address provided by the buyer, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment. The customer will be responsible for all reshipping fees. If you choose not to pay for reshipment, a restocking fee of 20% of the total order amount will be charged. Please note that original shipping fees are not refundable.

  • Signature Requirement: Orders above $1000 will require a signature upon delivery to ensure safe receipt. If you do not want a signature requirement for your order, please email us at hello@lorinate.com with your order number as soon as possible.

  • Damage / Lost: We offer optional third-party insurance during checkout for added coverage. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any damaged or missing packages if third-party shipping insurance is not purchased at the time of the order. In such cases, it is the buyer's responsibility to file any shipping claims with the carrier and/or insurance company.

International Shipping

  • Shipping to Canada: We ship to Canada via FedEx with a flat rate of $20. Deliveries typically arrive within 2 to 5 working days.

  • Shipping Internationally (Excluding Canada): We offer international shipping via FedEx to many countries. Shipping rates and delivery times will vary depending on the destination, and you can check the exact rate at checkout.

  • Import Fees and Taxes: All international buyers are responsible for any import fees and taxes associated with their order. These fees are not covered by us and must be paid by the buyer upon receipt of the package.

  • Incorrect Address and Refusal of Delivery: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the buyer, or if the package is refused at delivery or not picked up due to unpaid import fees or taxes, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment. The customer will be responsible for all reshipping fees. If you refuse to pay for reshipment, a restocking fee of 20% of the total order value will be charged. Please note that original shipping costs are not refundable.

Return / Refund Policy

  • All Sales Final: Due to the unique nature of vintage items, all purchases are final. We do not accept returns, and refunds and returns are not possible. Please review the measurements, product description, and images carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions or need further details, don't hesitate to reach out at hello@lorinate.com.   • Responsibility for Returned Packages: Please note that Lorinaté cannot assume responsibility for expenses incurred due to returned packages resulting from unclaimed shipments or incorrect addresses provided by the customer. In the event that a package is returned to us, the buyer will be responsible for the re-shipping fee, as the original shipping label will no longer be valid. We will contact the customer to provide a link to repurchase the shipping label. Please be aware that original shipping and processing fees are non-refundable. If the customer chooses not to purchase the re-shipping label, or if the package is refused by the intended recipient, a restocking fee of 20% of the total purchase will be applied.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at hello@lorinate.com. Cancellation requests are subject to the status of the order. If your cancellation is approved, a 10% restocking fee will be applied to cover processing costs. We appreciate your understanding.
